A Beautiful Practice For All Your Dental Needs
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email.. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Most insurance plans consider us in-network. If you have dental insurance, we are happy to assist you in better understanding your benefits. We ask that you submit your insurance information at least two business days before your first appointment allowing us the time to review and learn your policy so that we can better assist you.
Though our front office staff does their best, at times, we may find it difficult to accurately estimate our patients' insurance co-payment. Many insurance companies will not give an accurate account of fees until after treatment is completed. You may be billed for additional fees once we have received partial payment from your insurance.
We would also like to remind our patients that assisting you with your insurance is a courtesy that we are happy to help with, but that the insurance company is not financially obligated to us, the patient is.
Lake Pointe Dental accepts Cash, Check, Credit or Debit Cards for Office visits and any Treatments at the time of treatment. Our front office staff is happy to discuss our rates, print out a list of services rendered, or to discuss financing options.
We Accept Care Credit Payments!
For your convenience, we are pleased to accept Care Credit. This credit program is specifically designed for Health Care. Care Credit works with patients to get the medical and dental care they need. We created a relationship with them because they offer assistance with deferred interest and are willing to work with patients who need extensions on payment. Their priority is first getting the patient the medical and dental care needed, then they will work with you for payment.
Our doctors, Neal Harfoush, DMD; Fady Ebid, DMD; Joi Edwards, DMD; and Natasha Lisin-Queen, DMD want to provide our patients with the service and care that they need for their oral health. Contact Lake Pointe Dental for more information on financing options and how we can help you. We will work hard to give you the care you need, but out of respect for our office and our staff, our financial policies and obligations need to be fulfilled.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our practice for your dental care.
